For smooth streaming:

  • 720p (HD): at least 5 Mbps upload speed

  • 1080p (Full HD): at least 10 Mbps upload speed

We recommend having at least double that speed available to keep your stream stable if the connection fluctuates.

You can test it directly in the last step of the stream setup.

Tap Start to check your upload speed — the app will automatically suggest the best video quality (360p, 480p, 720p, or 1080p) for your connection.

Yes. The app automatically adjusts the video bitrate and quality based on your internet connection to keep the stream as stable as possible.

Yes. During the stream, StreamMySport continuously monitors your internet connection quality.

You’ll see a connection quality indicator that reflects how stable your upload is.

Stream quality can change due to several factors — like unstable internet connection, low battery (especially in power-saving mode), crowded networks, or high device temperature, which can slow down performance.

If you’re recording locally, your video will keep saving on your device even if the connection drops.

The app will automatically try to reconnect and resume the live stream once the connection is restored.

Yes. You can prepare your full stream setup in advance.

After finishing the setup, go to the stream screen and tap Exit instead of starting.

Your stream will be saved in the Streams section, so you can return anytime to edit or go live when the match begins.

You can stream only in landscape mode, which provides the best view of the field and scoreboard.
