We may collect the following categories of information:

Information you provide:
Name, email address, and password (if you register via email); information provided via third-party logins (Facebook, Google, Apple ID), such as name, email, and profile picture (depending on your permissions); profile information (e.g., avatar, team name); details related to your live streams and any messages sent to our support team.

Automatically collected information:
Device identifiers, IP address, operating system, device type, app version, and language; usage data such as the number of streams created, features used, and app performance metrics.

Information from third-party integrations:
When you connect your account to external platforms (e.g., YouTube, Facebook Live), we receive access tokens and account or channel details strictly necessary to enable streaming. Tokens are used only during your active streaming session and can be revoked anytime through your YouTube or Facebook account settings.

Local recording:
If you choose to record your stream locally, the video file is stored only on your device. We do not access, process, or transfer your recordings in any way.

We process your personal data to create and manage user accounts, provide and improve app features (streaming, scoreboard, overlays), authenticate logins via Facebook, Google, or Apple, personalize your experience, analyze app usage, display ads in the free version of the app, send important service notifications, and ensure security.

Marketing communication or personalized advertising is sent or displayed only if you provide consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time in your account settings or by contacting us.

We process personal data based on contract performance, legitimate interest (security, analytics, advertising), consent (marketing and third-party integrations), and legal obligations when applicable.

The free version of StreamMySport may display ads provided by third-party ad networks. These partners may collect limited technical data such as device identifiers, approximate location, or app usage data to deliver relevant ads in accordance with their own privacy policies.

You can remove all ads at any time by upgrading to a Premium plan. We do not control or endorse the content of third-party ads displayed in the App.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information only with trusted service providers who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements. These include hosting providers, analytics services, cloud storage, payment processors, and advertising networks.

We may also disclose information to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests from public authorities, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

We may share aggregated and anonymized statistics (for example, the total number of streams per month) that do not identify individual users.

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption, secure servers, and restricted access. While we take these precautions seriously, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure.

We retain personal data as long as your account remains active. When you delete your account, most data is permanently erased or anonymized. Certain information, such as billing or legal compliance records, may be retained for the period required by law.

When logging in via Facebook, Google, or Apple, we only access the data you explicitly authorize. Access can be revoked anytime in your respective account’s security settings.

When connecting YouTube or Facebook Live, we use access tokens only to start, stop, and manage your live streams. You can manage or revoke these permissions at any time via:
